Last Saturday, 05 March, I ordered a red coffe maker from your online store (order refence # MAY0518) and instead of my red coffe maker   I received one pink coffe maker, so I
report what happened and  they told me that they would recover their mistake in less than four days.

However anybody  do it, they told me again but who attended me was rude and unhelpful. Her name was Carmen and she  said that the item was not in stock,and that she didn¨t know when they would arrive.
