ABSTRACT

The intestinal parasitosis is l a problem of public health, because   its high incident in Mexico population, for that reason this is an important study to take into account. Because of the advantage of the environmental social, economic and public factors of a Morelos’s community

The present study was done, from January to May 2017, in a town located in Morelos, Tlalnepantla. The aim of the present study was to determine the rate of intestinal parasitosis in the community of the nursery school of the primary school ;  three fecal sample and epidemiological dates were obtained from the school “Sangre de Heroes” this fecal samples were processed by modified Formalina's.


With the permission and authorization of the principals, the parents were given the opportunity to provide information on how to reduce and / or eradicate intestinal parasites in their community.



CONCLUTION


Infectious diseases including parasitic infections are among the first causes of death on a global scale at the end of the millennium, with an average of 17 million deaths from diarrhea per year. Those caused by helminths and protozoa, they are among the most common around the world, mainly affecting the child population in poor communities, for as long as they are exposed to contagion, due to the lack or deficiency of public services, and to the low cultural and educational level of the population that resides there.

We obtained 160 samples from the student community in which 41 samples were positive with some intestinal parasite (Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, ) or commensal  ( Entamoeba coli, Endolimax, Blastocistis hominus) and 119 samples were negative. Finally, were provided to the student community of the "Sangred e heroes" elementary school to which I presented some intestinal parasite.

The results were given to the parents of each student who conducted the study and were also given a dewormer to all children who were positive to some parasite.
Epidemiological factors found were: age between 6 and 12  years, “fecalismo a ras de suelo”, presence of rodents and vectors in houses and eating uncooked vegetables and meet
